感謝您使用本單位的微生物菌種，我們有可用于科研、教學、生產的菌種約2500株，基本覆蓋了環(huán)境、工業(yè)、農業(yè)、分析、食、藥用真菌行業(yè)各類生產和科研用微生物，其中許多優(yōu)良菌株的生產性能具有較高水平。我們對所提供菌種作如下說明：
菌種簡介：
1、菌種名稱：ATCC 9027 銅綠假單胞菌(綠膿桿菌)
2、規(guī)格：斜面□ 凍干管□
二、保藏條件：凍干菌種應在2-8℃保存；斜面菌種放15-20度保存，15-20天轉接一次。
三、培養(yǎng)條件：
1. 培養(yǎng)基：營養(yǎng)瓊脂培養(yǎng)基（NA）
胰蛋白棟大豆肉湯培養(yǎng)基（TSA）
LB培養(yǎng)基 以上培養(yǎng)基三選一即可
2. 培養(yǎng)溫度： 37℃
3. 培養(yǎng)時間：18- 24h
四、真空凍干菌種的復蘇培養(yǎng)：
1、安瓿管開封：用浸過75%酒精的脫脂棉擦凈安瓿管，用火焰加熱其頂端，滴少量無菌水至加熱頂端使之破裂，用銼刀或鑷子敲下已破裂的安瓿管頂端。
2、菌種恢復培養(yǎng)：用無菌吸管吸取 0.1-0.2毫升的培養(yǎng)液或無菌水，滴入安瓿管內輕輕振蕩，使凍干菌體溶解呈懸浮狀，吸取全部菌體懸浮液，移植于1-2支建議的斜面培養(yǎng)基上，并在建議的溫度下培養(yǎng)。
五、注意事項：
1、微生物菌種應保藏于低溫、清潔和干燥的地方，室溫放置時間過長會導致菌種衰退；
2、菌種操作應在無菌條件下進行，防止雜菌污染；
3、凍干菌復蘇后，應根據菌種狀況及時轉接傳代
